It's really simple to do...

1 - Login / Register
Firstly you must login to your account (or sign up if you haven't already). You can do this by clicking on the control panel link on the left.

2 - Go to the Category
Then go to the category in the business directory that you feel is suitable for you and click "Add your company to this category".

3 - Fill in the details
