We have implemented a number of security measures into our online payment system to protect you the user. One of these is called 3D Secure (Verified By Visa, MasterSecure Code). It works by acting as an online pin.

To protect your debit and credit cards from fraud and to be PCI (Payment Cards Industry Security Standards Council) compliant we have fully implemented this into the checkout process. This means if you have either 'verified by visa' or 'mastersecure code' enabled on your card you will need to enter a few extra security details, otherwise your card will be declined.

When you enter your details its not actually on our website. the website you enter the details on is choosen by your bank. When you hit pay we receive a message from our bank (which has been told by yours) which web address to point you to.

If you are concerned about the web page you are entering these details on, then a quick call to the bank should be able to confirm any suspicions you may have.
