Train
Reading train station will be packed at this time of the year, so please keep an eye on all your belongings (BTW don't get off at Reading West Station).
When you get to reading station follow the signs and the stewards to either the walking route or the number 98 (Bus Stop SA).
Walk - Walk down the bus staion to the main road at the bottom and take the first right. Head down the road to the traffic lights and cross over, then turn left at the roundabout. BTW it might be a good opportunity to
look to the right at the roundabout as you should be able to see ALDI. Walk down the road to the left till you see the Crowne Plaza hotel at the end. Where you go now depends on which gate you need
to enter, so check your maps. They can be downloaded by clicking on Festival info above and then 'Festival Site Map'
Bus - The bus will cost a flat rate of £1 (or £1.50 if you want to travel anywhere else locally). You need to get on the number 98 at bus stop SA. This will drop
you off on caversham road, where you will need to check your map to see which entrance you need. It can be downloaded by clicking on Festival info above and then 'Festival Site Map'.

Car
There are the main festival car parks which you need to have already brought tickets for. If you are driving to these then it is recommended that you get
directions to Richfield Avenue and then check your maps where you need to go from there. If you haven't got tickets then you will need to park in one of Reading's many
public car parks. Choose A car park below and then walk from there to Reading station and choose a method above to walk from the station
Reading Station Car Park (24Hours) - This is by far the closest and the most expensive short term, however this is also offer's overnight parking.
Oracle Riverside Car Park (24 Hours) - A lot further away but cheaper on the short term. Head to the riverside car park and find a space then walk out of the oracle onto the high street.
Head for HSBC and then turn up the side road, keep walking straight over the cross roads till you reach the station. This car park costs £2 to park after 6pm till the early hours,
check the signs at the car park for more info on pricing. Please note that the oracle will not let you into the shopping centre with muddy footwear.
Oracle HolyBrook Car Park (Shop Opening hours ONLY) - Only use this if you are going to be back in your car by 8pm, same pricing and directions as above
Queens Road NCP Car Park (24 Hours) - Cross over the canal at the stone bridge (not the metal one) next to subway and keep walking past Jacksons and then Natwest. Turn left at the church (past the building site)
then follow the road with M&S untill the cross roads, turn right and keep walking till you reach the station.
All of the car parks have been plotted on our interactive map, click on 'Local Info & Map' above.
